I decided I didn't want to be the skinny guy anymore.
Why I Love It:
I just love leaving the gym feeling great and knowing I accomplished something today
How I Stay Motivated:
I notice how far I've come when people tell me I've bulked up or filled out since the last time they've seen me. It just makes me feel great and pushes me to continue
i have added quite a bit of swimming to my cardio routine and am really feeling the pain the next day. anybody have any recommendations for a good recovery supplement? i am currently taking creatine and whey protein
I am doing good . had some serious life set backs in the last few months but i am recovering . lifting has been my saving grace the one thing that stays the same when life is nuts . i am getting closer to my goals (put pics up recently check em out comments welcome). looking more massive man yourself once you bulk up and cut you'll be solid , keep it up
