I started in high school and continued on in the military. During that time it was easier to workout less and still maintain strength and size. Now I have the workout bug because I'm getting older and maintenance is much more difficult.
Why I Love It:
It's a great way to set personal goals for yourself and if you don't improve it's nobodys fault but your own.
How I Stay Motivated:
Living in Southern California... I'm almost positive if you become over-weight, they ship you up north.

Character huh? lol. Well no worries, because legit.. 95% of all the dudes that work out here are alllll herbs so... They have to get spiffed up because they lack everything else... harsh I kno. I just dont do well with the gel in the hair and shiny affliction shirts in the gym. Call me old fashinoned lol.
Aww stupid nextel. Why would u shower and do ur hair b4 the gym? Tryin to pull some toushy?? lol jk. Well hopefully next time! Ps get a new fone! Nextel is so 1998! Mwahhh ;)
