My goal is to maintain and manage my weight. I want to lose my belly fat and increase my muscle tone in the stomach area. I also want to become physically stronger and live a healthier life.
Goal (Long):
My Goal is two at least five pounds recently gained. I also want to decrease my body fat by 5% which will include dietary changes to ensure that my stomach becomes tight and so do my legs. I want to get back on track working out 4 to 5 times a week. I want to become stronger.
