How I Started:
I have been going to the gym alot longer than this, probably a year or two but its been on and off with varying levels of motivation and periods of time (like when on placement for uni) where i havnt been at all... so im starting fresh now! iv been doing really well for the last 3 weeks n i inend to keep it up.
Why I Love It:
it gives me more energy and a feel good feeling... and sometimes i even like that burn!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
at the moment the holiday is whats motivating me. i need something like that though cos my motivation is up and down.
BB Accomplishments:
nothin major yet. i supose everytime i beat a personal mini goal its an acomplishment tho... that xtra 5 mins on the cross trainer or that extra kg weight.
so for my ideal hot beach ready body i want
a completely flat toned stomach,
get rid of my "side boobs" aka love handles,
build up my legs n bum for a more hourglass shape, general overall tone,
general fitness
and more flexibility!
I dont really want to loose alot of weight as i want to build muscle on my legs n bum to balance out my figure, but obviously some fat round my tummy needs to be lost for the flat abs!
I want to be able to keep all this up, maintain it and maintain motivation too...(gnna try n make my bf proud)xxx
theres sum progress pics where this member goes from having a bit of a big stomach to having a 6pac in the space of a month!!! that is inspirational im gnna try n do the same :)

Cool, well you look really good in the profile pic :) I'm glad your getting back into training. I took down most of my pics for a new job I got from here(just keep stuff on facebook now-easier to manage) Training is ok for me, I only get to gym 2-3 times a week with work right now so could be better.
Set another goal for yourself Sweetie. The past was just a "hickup"... One day at a time.. you can do it! As for me... same.. one day at a time.. changing up my strategy.. I have made progress.. but not enough.. so We both endure and push forward! right?! Jazzy:)
