Oh man I can admit, I am very impatient, I've again only lost one stinkin lb this week, I didn't measure myself as far as inches cause I'm bloated, but damn seeing 191 one the scale would have been awesome. Its now Week 7 of 12 and I'm at 193 lbs....I may have to take a different approach...
Thanks Kiki-we have a lot of fun on this site-that's what is so great about Bodyspace-a real "community" for people who share the same goals/aspirations. Good luck w/your goals & keep us posted!!
Hey Kiki, thanks so much for the add and the kind words. Yeah I hear ya, cardio is never fun! LOL! I feel like I get a great workout though when I hit the stairmaster. I've been doing 30 mins. on that, then hitting weights for a bit, then back on the stairmaster for another 30 mins. But that's because I'm trying to undo some damage I did during the first part of the year. Best of luck to you pretty girl! :)
My wife and I have both achieved body transformations by following the Body for Life program. We know where you are coming from and feel that you can also make your fitness goals & dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat and my wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by utilizing the BFL program. Challenge yourself, and try to push a little harder each and every workout. Contact us if you wish to talk.
That is cute - you want to build your glutes :) For me the best glute exercises have been wide stepped walking lunges with heavy weights. + leg press, put you feet a little higher on the pad then normal. Also heavy squats. Hope that helps :)

Thanks for commenting on my blog. Yes, girl, you can do this. It's a challenge, but that is a part of the journey and what makes progress that much sweeter.
