OK folks...I've added another progress pic...told u I've been working out even though I've been M.I.A.! BUT...I think I'm looking a lil' too diesel...lol. I gained weight but lost some body fat since the last pic. Incorporating more cardio now...will post another pic when I see my abs!

i will look at competing if u get to a certain level in my training ...so i am chasing it... but i hard to compete because u have to give ya life to it... i got alot of other things going on.... but your body is made for the stage
