thats more than enough for hand cleans. I can't really explain it through a comment but type in hand cleans on a search engine and see if you can find it. also it might be under clean and jerk its a very good and intense exercise

no not quite yet man i'm averaging around the 5 yard line to the begining of the endzone but not out yet. when i start doing that i'll be playin on sundays on tv haha

yea I know how it is. My life pretty much revolves around training i've only been training hard for a year but it feels a hell of alot longer than that. the look of your build is very solid, when you cut the bodyfat you were talking about you are going to be massive and ripped. You ever do hand cleans?? they are very good for getting rid of bodyfat and adding mass.

Thanks man! I can't tell you how hard i've trained! So many long mornings and nights it took to gain to little amount of size i've gained I weigh about 175 right now when i cut out i should be a ripped 168. You are looking like you've gained some mass yourself, good luck at your compettion let me know how it goes!
