kiestonreece Im enjoying this detox from sports supplements. I though I would lose weight; but nada. I'm depending completely on clean eating!!

  • I experienced this when I added some traveling lunges to my leg workout at the beginning of this new workout cycle. I was inspired by Cedric McMillan after viewing a video of him doing them. He, however, was doing them with a rather heavy barbell on his back! Keep up the hard work!

spring85sigma Sorry about so many consecutive posts to your page. You might need to stretch the arms and shoulders more. Go to youtube and search "shoulder impingement exercises", "shoulder impingement stretches", and "preventing shoulder injuries." A number of videos should come up that will help you keep your shoulders in good shape. I used (and still use) a lot of the exercises and stretches in working through my arm and shoulder impingement injuries. Hope the injury is not of a severe nature. Dec 4, 2012 2:49pm

spring85sigma You are exactly right about the body fat percentage. We all are genetically predisposed to carry more body fat in certain parts of the body. I, for example, carry much more in my back than I do my abs. I have a very hard time, unless I really am vigilant with diet getting my back to "rip up." Thanks again for the friend request today.
