Well being in the miltary Physical Training (PT) is always a part. On deployments to the desert there really isn't much else to do but lift.
Why I Love It:
Feels good when you finally accomplish a goal that you have literally put your hard work and sweat into. It makes it all worthwile when you can see your results as they happen.

By setting goals and reaching them. Reading other peoples Logs and Blogs.

That's too bad they don't continue it. I wish they had here a 1000lbs club, 400lbs club and so forth. Nothing like that. Only thing close is the benchpress contest, push up contest, pull ups, and situp contest. Keep it up the hard work. Where you stationed at in the states?

Sorry to hear that bro. Then keep your carbs in and clean...put on some more quality muscle. I'm finding my groove again. Still working with several clients so i'm not as regimented as usual.
