How I Started: Well being in the miltary Physical Training (PT) is always a part. On deployments to the desert there really isn't much else to do but lift.
Why I Love It: Feels good when you finally accomplish a goal that you have literally put your hard work and sweat into. It makes it all worthwile when you can see your results as they happen.
How I Stay Motivated: By setting goals and reaching them. Reading other peoples Logs and Blogs.

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Stick with the lifting once I am back in the states.
Goal (Long): I see it happen so often when poeple deploy they get into the gym because there is nothing else to do, but one they get back in the states they fall into their old routines. I do not want to be one of them.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 8%

Well I am officially out of supplements....BOO!!!I am out of everything. Whey, multi vitamins, fish oil, all complete nothing. I thought I had it all calculated out right on how much I would need before heading bak to the states. But since our relief was delayed there was no way to get...
