Over the Hump

Week 5 is here. Updates are still lacking unlike I promised, but I'll try to do better. Need to log progress to truly understand the results I'm getting. 


Weekends have become very low calorie days. I tend to eat one small meal around 12 when I end my fast, then just have a normal sized meal around 6 or 7. I'll have a drink or two of amino acids during the day as well.


I'm down to about 183-184. Fluctuates through out the day, but I'm ALWAYS below 185. Muscle mass seems to be sticking with me still. Noticeably leaner on my arms and chest. I'd imagine that by

I'm a bit late into doing something I should have started almost 3 weeks ago, but better late than never. I began a diet and lifting routine using the LeanGains protocol 3 weeks ago (yesterday marking the beginning of the third week). So far the results have been promising. I had been hovering anywhere from 194-197 when I began after bulking up since October or so. As of a day or two ago I was down to 186, with no noticeable muscle mass being lost.
