No one can take credit for what I have accomplished with my body. Nobody can say they won the World Championships for me.. no one can say they developed my shoulders for me.. I did it.
There's not many things out there that you can take 100% credit for.. but you can for your body.

hey, i just saw an old post you wrote aboust somone at your school being the hulk... well i hope it wasnt me!! hahahaha (seeing u live in canada as i do to)
just wonderin if u kno any good dieting foods, most people use brown rice and lean meats and stuff.. i workout 4-5 times a week, with a seperate day for abs and cardio, and 2 more cardio days.. any helpful tips on fatloss?
