No one can take credit for what I have accomplished with my body. Nobody can say they won the World Championships for me.. no one can say they developed my shoulders for me.. I did it. There's not many things out there that you can take 100% credit for.. but you can for your body.

just wonderin if u kno any good dieting foods, most people use brown rice and lean meats and stuff.. i workout 4-5 times a week, with a seperate day for abs and cardio, and 2 more cardio days.. any helpful tips on fatloss?

yea thanks! Ive always been on and off with working out, I want to stick with it this year,plus I box so the better shape I am in, the better I'l box. And it says you live in Canada, one of my best friends used to live in saskatoon and plans on going to college in Canada
