I currently lift weights 5x a week for 30 minutes, one body part at a time, with 30 minutes of cardio afterward. I also have over 1000 workout videos and when I can't make it to the gym, work out in my home gym, Studio LouLou! I'm addicted to working out; Diet needs a lot of work but I've recommited to that and in a few months should have some progress pictures I can be proud of!

When I first started working out around 13 years ago all I did was take group exercise classes at the gym, mostly Turbo Kick and Body Pump, but a myriad of other classes too. There is not one class at that gym I hadn't tried. I eventually became a Turbo Kick instructor - for you Turbo geeks out there, I first took Turbo Kick at Round 5 and got certified in Round 10. As luck would have it, the treadmill fits PERFECTLY in my gym and I have it facing the window, the ledge of which nicely holds my Macbook so I can watch tv and movies! Jenny's husband and son came over and put it all together for me! They never put on the crosswalk / eliptical arms for it, so I will need to do that myself. No biggie. On my bus ride home from work I got a text from a dear friend in Fitness who bought a new treadmill in January, and as is the fate of much new equipment purchased in January, it has only had a few uses so she is giving it away - to me! I have a home gym, Studio LouLou, that already has a spin bike which I really enjoy, so the treadmill will be a super addition! It has eliptical arms on it too, 16 preprogrammed workouts, adjustable incline, heart rate sensors, and you can plug... Go to BodyBlog
