kianac75 Still the same weight but I have noticed a difference in my clothes, they are litlle loose. I cant complain.

GX3 The whole idea is to keep your heart rate up. Log your time on how long it takes to do this and try to beat it after each set. You can also youtube crossfit ideas. Let me know if you need ideas..I have plenty. Feb 7, 2013 5:52pm

GX3 You can do crossfit in your home, park or at your local gym. You can use your on body weight to do crossfit like pushup, suicide sprints, crunchs, situps, air squats mountain climbers etc. sprinting up a hill and at the top performing these exercises doing 10 to 15 reps each and sprint back down and repeat what you just did(thats one set) is a form of crossfit or circuit training. GX3 You're welcome. Training is going good for me also. Yea I have a problem with eating the wrong food at times but i have gotten alot better. One thing we both have to realize is that training doesn't start in the gym, its the kitchen. I will check up on you at the end of the week or the beginning to help keep good eating habits. Im glad that you haven't had any new injuries. It will also help to do crossfit training to speed up the metabolism. Feb 7, 2013 4:51pm
