How I Started:
Used to be in great shape back in highschool, just started working out after 2 years, going to cut up to 8% bodyfat, then start clean bulking to put on some mass since I look too small still at 8% bodyfat.
Why I Love It:
You can push yourself past your current limits to attain a new goal everytime you're in the gym.

Ok since a lot of people have been asking what kind of training routine I'm doing here it is. It is a very advanced 7 day split routine, I do not follow it strictly by day since I work on whatever is well rested as you have to avoid over training or basically ****ing yourself over. It is all set...
