Used to be in great shape back in highschool, just started working out after 2 years, going to cut up to 8% bodyfat, then start clean bulking to put on some mass since I look too small still at 8% bodyfat.
Why I Love It:
You can push yourself past your current limits to attain a new goal everytime you're in the gym.
