Thx so Much a very hard task for me that 2 years - mostly on my own but with shows had help with kvnjames - hes on here and him and his wife are awesome beyond words
they are good people - they dont just give you a diet and workout - they take care of the whole person - and great to talk to when your competing and esp when u have those doubts once it gets close to show time
