I stepped on the scale at the dr's office and was like whoaa..
Why I Love It:
I love the endorphin release of cardio <3 runners high and I love lifting because I love to feel that control and ability to change my body!
How I Stay Motivated:
I love it. I haven't had any motivation issues yet, I always make time to workout

Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Various caffeine pills, and I take them because I work graveyard shift on the weekend and then have classes early during the week.
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12.. it just feels like a good number.. although if I lift heavier then Ill drop it to 8 and vice versa, lighter Ill do 15-20
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
typically however long it took to complete the rep.
