How I Started:
I started working out after I moved to Colorado. I was always the skinny kid (I was a "tall" jockey several years ago)but when i made the move to Co I put on all kinds of weight i had never had, so I hit the gym.
Why I Love It:
My body has changed SO much in the last couple of years..I used to be built like a 12 yr old boy...now, well maybe not so much!!! I love all changes and want so much more!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I appreciate the human form....but I too want to be appreciated, so I am striving for that! And well I like to feel good!!
As of late i seem to have hit a plateau on top of having some serious fluctuation in my weight and body fat%. I want very badly to change that! I have been off for a few months and I can tell....so I intend on changing that, I am moving this week and next week I start my new phase. I'm past the part where I think I have to lift like the men, I'm just not built for it, I'm focusing on a softer look...dont mistake me, I'm still going to be riped just not as big and bulkey.
