For the past year I've been trying to pack on muscle. While not seeing the results I wanted to see on the scale, (due mostly to shoulder injuries) I have maintained 165 lbs getting leaner the entire time throughout. Impatient with results not materializing at my fast track pace I decided I would try and lean out for the summer and give my shoulders time needed to recover.
I knew getting lean wouldn't be a problem I was more concerned with not loosing muscle but wasn't sure exactly how to go about it. Not waning to spend my hard earned money on a trainer and a nutritionist (because I felt no one would put the effort into my goals as much as I would myself) I did a little bit of research here on bodybuilding.com and stumbled onto Gaspari's Mitrotropin.
Plain and simple; with Mitrotropin I was able to make progress in only one month I thought it would take until the end of the summer to realize!
It has been a little hard to maintain the results I achieved post Mitrotropin due again to injury (this time my sciatic nerve, my shoulders feel great) I cant wait to open my 2nd bottle and surpass my original goals I envisioned for the end of summer in only half the time!
Wish i took pics, but you can track my progress in my friends Gym rats videos in my favorite gym videos section down this page.
episode 1: week before i started
2: end of 1st week
3: end of 3rd week
4: end of 4th week
OK you've read about my long term goals & maybe you noticed my fit status where I mentioned my leg injury. Since then I haven't been able to maintain my pre injury physique and I'm not close to where I had wanted to be before my sciatic nerve began acting up. Well right here right now I declare! that I will be beyond shredded by my B-day June 9th!!!! Now less then a month away, still fighting injury & a week or 2 away from beginning Mitotropin again, my diet will have to be @ 150%! Why am I doing this? No reason just for ****s and giggles!
