Cardio:
various methods, running, eliptical, stair machine, hills etc..
5 x week 30 min each session
Weight Training plan
Monday: back biceps, abs
Tuesday: chest tricep,obliques
Wed: Legs (inner, outer, quad, ham, calves)and shoulders
These days using heavy weight
Thurs: back,bicep abs
Friday: chest, tricep obliques
Sat: legs and shoulders
These days are lighter days more reps |
