High school took aerobics/weight training. started running after high school to keep in shape. Haven't stopped since. Run lots of races. Especially half marathons!!
Wants to build more muscle/lean out. Would love to look like a figure competitor without actually doing a competition. But wouldn't mind training like one. tips anyone?
Why I Love It:
I love the way my mind and body both feel.
It is my addiction of choice. i have an addictive personality... why not put it towards something good?
Love results, being an example, feeling healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be a good example and stay in shape since having a baby. plus im very competitive and am an "all the way" kinda gal. I also just want to be "healthy" and that isnt something you do "on" and "off" its a lifestyle.

BB Accomplishments:
no "body building" accomplishments but proud of all my 10ks and half marathon races.
have helped lots of obese/overweight people lose 100's pounds.

Goal (Long):
I am a runner. I weight train too, but am ready to change gears and focus more on the weight training than running and clean eating for a season. I want to see what my body could look like. i would love to finally get under 110 pounds. i have maintained between 115-119 for over 8 years. My body fat is 19 % but i know i can get under 15% even as low as 10% if i set my mind to it. I want to get cut up.
I plan and changing up my eating habits as well as my weight training plan, decreasing my cardio. The food will be the hardest part. Though i eat relatively clean, i love splenda on everything and drink diet sodas.I am not sure about cutting them out as i think i am addicted! and not sure what effect they would have on my goals. If you know, let me know!
i hope to reach my goals in 12 weeks.

Yes. I'm close but far away. I'll get there within a year. I've tweaked my diet even more. I'll def look into those foods. Thank you. We have a Trader Joes here and all they sell is all natural or organic. However, I dont think they sell any of those foods you mentioned.
Thanks. A bit more on the stomach area thought. I want the ryan reynolds look from Blade Trinity. That body is functional and good looking so...thats part my goal. I haven't tried natural peanut butter yet. I have almond butter but have yet to open it.
