How I Started:
I took a year off hockey becasue of my size I was really small and wanted to throw on some muscle
Why I Love It:
I love it because of the pump and the feeling of squeezing out those last few reps, and the way i feel after a hard workout
How I Stay Motivated:
Recently I have fell of the wagon had a run in with Tendonitis but I Kept motivated by reading about other peoples downfalls on bodybuilding.com and how they handled them If they could do it I certainly could and now I feel better than ever

Goal (Long):
My goal is to be a lean 165 lbs I know I can accomplish this because of my determination and my knowledge/background. My ideal body fat would be possibly 10% maybe less but I would be very happy with 10% all around I am looking to get Big Ive been a small guy and Im tired of it I want to prove to myself and to others that I have what it takes
