When I went through the the fire academy I realized how much physical fitness was a part of my life and job. I love the way it makes me feel and the way my body looks

I love the change in your body and the way it makes you look.

Looking at others and myself making progress and building muscle.

To compete in an amature show. I don't know that I am good enough to compete, but would like to have that as a goal.
