I've been a dancer for the past 21 years and when I graduated from The Ailey School in May 2006 but needed break from dance so I started weight training! I feel that if i can put myself on stage as a figure competitor it will be a great accomplishment for me personally and would make me more marketable as a trainer. So here I am!!!
Why I Love It:
It places a high physical, mental and emotional demand on you to get great results and I love and live for the process and the results!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Bodybuilding magazines, videos, other people in the gym...
BB Accomplishments:
2008 INBF NY State Figure Tall Class 4th place, Best Body Class 6th place wins.

Goal (Long):
Compete in women's figure INBF in 2008. Gain muscle and match up my upper body to my lower. Then come spring, work on defining the muscle gained and maintaining it while I bring the weight and body fat % back down!!!
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 10 lb

6%

taste is very important to me because if I don't like it I wont eat it and out of the types that I've tried I found whey to taste great and be just as affective!
