How I Started:
I started out by just wanting to lose weight. I just ran the treadmill for about a year, than started to do some lifting. I started to love it ane the way it made me feel and look. I got hooked. Still learning, but trying everyday!
Why I Love It:
I love knowing that I am healthy and pursuing something worthwhile. I feel good about myself. Give me energy for the things I have to do from day to day!
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly by seeing the progress. Also from people on forums like this who take time out to encourage you and give you advice.
This guy is willing to give advice and motivates me to work harder and give it my best. Not get discouraged but keep hitting it hard! He is making some great progress and working hard. An inspiration!
Today was my first real day back in eating healthy and working out. Had been really busy, work tied me up and lots of personal and family things. But decided that I was using that excuse too long, so today I hit the weights for the first time in a few weeks.

Hey bro. I'm doing all right. I am working on slowly building muscle while keeping fat to a minimum. So far so good. You are doing a good job of adding muscle. Keep up the hard work.

Hey man, yea trainin isnt goin too good at the moment, havin a few weeks off for end of exams to drink up/ off supplements n just chillin, then i'll be back into it, was gettin some pretty mad results but yea ill be back into it 2 weeks time. Hows urs goin?

Hey how are you? Sorry I haven't been on in so long. I've been so busy with life and what not. I've been off and on with working out lately. But I changed my work schedule so I can get 8 hours of sleep and start training really intense again.
I plan on making and hitting goals i've never yet achieved. I'm also in the process of applying for OCS for the marines.
Making some big changes in my life. Whats new with you?
