How I Started:
I started out by just wanting to lose weight. I just ran the treadmill for about a year, than started to do some lifting. I started to love it ane the way it made me feel and look. I got hooked. Still learning, but trying everyday!
Why I Love It:
I love knowing that I am healthy and pursuing something worthwhile. I feel good about myself. Give me energy for the things I have to do from day to day!
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly by seeing the progress. Also from people on forums like this who take time out to encourage you and give you advice.
He is one of the first guys I met on here and was willing to give me some advice. His body is insanely built! Works hard and it shows! I hope to attain a body like his someday!

Today was my first real day back in eating healthy and working out. Had been really busy, work tied me up and lots of personal and family things. But decided that I was using that excuse too long, so today I hit the weights for the first time in a few weeks.
trainings going pretty good im finally starting 2 put on some weight and i moved up 25 pounds on my max so everything is goin pretty well. hows ur training goin?
not too much man, still waiting for my hamstring to heal up so i can start training for track again. been hittin the gym hard everyday to keep my cardio up.
