How I Started:
I started out by just wanting to lose weight. I just ran the treadmill for about a year, than started to do some lifting. I started to love it ane the way it made me feel and look. I got hooked. Still learning, but trying everyday!
Why I Love It:
I love knowing that I am healthy and pursuing something worthwhile. I feel good about myself. Give me energy for the things I have to do from day to day!
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly by seeing the progress. Also from people on forums like this who take time out to encourage you and give you advice.

Hey how are you? Sorry I haven't been on in so long. I've been so busy with life and what not. I've been off and on with working out lately. But I changed my work schedule so I can get 8 hours of sleep and start training really intense again. I plan on making and hitting goals i've never yet achieved.
