How I Started:
I started out by just wanting to lose weight. I just ran the treadmill for about a year, than started to do some lifting. I started to love it ane the way it made me feel and look. I got hooked. Still learning, but trying everyday!
Why I Love It:
I love knowing that I am healthy and pursuing something worthwhile. I feel good about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly by seeing the progress. Also from people on forums like this who take time out to encourage you and give you advice.
He is one of the first guys I met on here and was willing to give me some advice. His body is insanely built! Works hard and it shows! I hope to attain a body like his someday!
He is a great motivator, know what he is talking about and is always willing to have a good chat! Hard working! Has a great build and it inspire me to achieve the same results for myself!

Training's doing good man, yesterday I had my legs/abs day, sore as hell today, since I had injury in my knee cant go to my max tho but the abs are owned. what about you!

Hey bro how have you been. Today was my first day back in the gym after a week off to move back to Maryland. My deployment is getting closer, and my schedule busier. I am just trying to maintain where I am at, that way I cant get right back into it once I am settled in somewhere.
