Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I tried to pick up my fat aunt, but she fell on me. Wasn't injured physically for too long, but the psychological scars still haunt me.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I turn my mp3 player up real loud so I can't hear myself scream at the top of my lungs, while i slap myself in the face and slam my head into the wall. Then I take a deep breath and get to work.
Do you socialize while at the gym?

Yea, I had a good week with weights. Went up in a lot of stuff and I think my bench is going to be impressive by the end of the school year.
