Thank you for the compliment. I work arms twice a week. Biceps: 4 sets of hammer curls, dumbbell curls, straight bar curls, and chin ups. Triceps: 4 sets of tricep pulldowns, lying tricep extensions, tricep pushdowns, and maybe some close-grip bench. Don't forget to go HEAVY, but keep your form and go really slow on the negative. Your legs look gorgeous! Keep up the good work and good luck.

More of the second one. There's a little bit more than inspecting... a lot of layout and making sure things are going up right in the structure (at it's most basic explanation). Where have you lived?

But you are doing awesome in the gym. Your form is improving on a lot of the exercises we're doing, which means you're gaining strength. Keep goin', you'll get there.

Yeah, tell me about it. It's been anything but easy so far and I am still a ways away, so here goes nothing...

455 is incredible, I hope to be maxing somewhere close to that at some point, but I will have to put on some mass first. Am having trouble doing that at the moment. I hope to be competing by May of next year and I feel like I have a ton of work to do. Going pro is the ultimate goal and it will be a challenge with a full time job as an engineer. But as they say, you can get anything you want if you want it bad enough.

Thanks, but am starting to plateau :( Having a hard time gaining any weight past 135 lbs., which isn't very big for being almost 5'8... Shoulders look great, by the way!

I think I was repping 155 in January (not sure what max was), but my technique really sucked and I wasn't doing many other back exercises. Repping 205 for about 5-6 reps currently.

looking awesome, girl. Nice chest/delt definition and you are getting that peak on the biceps. Awesome focus and determination, don't let it go.

Thank you for the comment. It looks like you have a great foundation going and have the same goal as me to gain a little muscle. What does your training look like?

Thank you- your abs and side delts are looking great. You're also pretty vascular when you're relaxed, do you get really pumped in the gym?

sweet, thanks for the comment. Hey, a couple quick questions if you don't mind: On your cheat days, do you just stick whatever you feel like in your mouth or is it more like a cheat meal once per day on the weekends? Also, what do you recommend for cardio? I took my cardio way down from 5x to 1x per week because I was loosing weight instead of gaining. Thanks again.

Ok, that is good news because I love my cardio (ex distance-runner). But I am hearing so many different things for bulking. Cutting cardio and increasing calorie intake make the most sense, but not eating everything in sight (increase quality foods). I think since my calorie intake is high though I will try the 3x per week thing so as to not gain a lot of fat. Ah! It's all so much info!
