shelseamontes I know at times it can be really tough especially those first two weeks! Everytime you want to give up just think of why you started and eventually things will get easier. Make sure you are taking some muscle recovery supplements after such as Glutamine and BCAA's for your sore muscles. Keep it up and push hard! Aug 1, 2012 2:57pm
