Overall Goal: Weigh 175 by the end of November. I have been carb cycling for almost 4 months. I just started my second week of Hypertrophy, 36 sets, 12 reps per set that are slow and controlled and 1 min in between. So far I am sore as hell and I love it!!!
Fit Status:
still losing fat but can't wait to start bulking up in a month or so
I weighed in at around 190lbs and had about 20% body fat. I started on a low carb diet and ran 2 miles per day for a month. After the month and a half, I had lost 30lbs. I then started lifting just to get bigger. I have progressed since then and have some aspirations of competing in a year or so.
Why I Love It:
Love working out because it is a great stress reliever and gives me a great deal of confidence in almost every aspect of my life.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a senior at Oklahoma State University where my major is Dietetics and Exercise, so when graduation and my internship comes and goes I will be a Registered Dietitian. Would you listen to a fat dietitian?
