My dad passed because of a stroke..and I just want to make sure I stay as healthy as possible.
Why I Love It:
I love the transformations and it's great to see the visible results from all the blood, sweat and tears you put in it!

I know I have one body and that's all I have in this life. I want to make sure it's the best it can possibly be! If I don't take care of it now, I won't have anything to take care of when I'm 40!

This was taken the first day of my diet and new workout program. I was totally out of shape even though I worked out consistently...Yuck!
New swimsuit! Excuse how I look I just finished running.
Oh yes, yes, yes! The tape measure moved this morning, I was so excited! I think I might have even got some tears...lol..how cheesy! But, it's been way too long since I've seen those numbers! It's great, no change in the scale hanging tight at 126, give a couple tenths of a pound. This morning...
Yeah I'm doing my own variation of BFL too (lol). Did the same thing last time, but what works works and is what ever we will stick to. So I kind of switched mine around also, but it's coming along. Happy to see the fat coming off my stomach though :)
