muddyrunnergirl Oops - I mean "routine" ... that was the summer I learned to drive stick shift and the only real time I was smoking by that point was in the car. So then I was driving a stick shift and both hands were occupied so I couldn't light up in the car.... :-) It was a combination of factors. But I tell you - since that last cigarette, I have NEVER wanted another one and I had tried to quit before that a dozen times over the years with no success. But then I got addicted to running LOL .. muddyrunnergirl No prob - I can shoot you the links to the very best of the best online articles that explain GD and how to do it... The first day I ran was the last cigarette I had... and I had been a smoker for 14 years (started young). I was ready to quit cuz I was only smoking one or two a day at that point and sometimes the whole weekend w/ no cig. Plus - the main thing was I changed my routing. Apr 4, 2009 8:01am
