I've always lifted on and off for 3 or 4 months at a time and then get bored with it. I'm trying to stick it out now because I would love to see some long term results.
Why I Love It:
I was a highschool athlete and always had the dream of doing it for a living. Im a competitive person and don't have high school sports anymore to fill that void. So now I am pretty much competing with myself everyday.
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping track of my progress and by always trying to push myself to the max.
Compliments from people who notice my progress always help also.
Setting short term goals.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm not really into competing. I would like to be around 175, 12% body fat and pushin 225 10x on the bench by the end of summer 09'.
