I want to bench press 315 for six reps and increase my upper body thickness
Goal (Long):
Last competition, I gained close to 30 pounds in five week. Now, after my second competition, I would like to gain weight slower this time to make sure most of the gains are muscle and to keep the body fat in check. My chest is my weakest bodypart. I would like to bring my bench up dramatically to increase my chest size up to 2 inches. I also need thicker and broader shoulders and back.

I want to GAIN 20 lb

wow dude you are cut like crazy. I'm about 6' 190lbs but think a lot of fat so I'm trying to cut down to a 32" waist right now, any suggestions? I do 25 mins cardio 4 days a week and a weight training no-rest circuit three times a week
