How I Started:
Started to work as a bouncer, and someone suggested that I gain some muscle. My first workout was legs, and my body hurt and felt strong at the same time. At that very moment I knew it was where I wanted to be,in a gym pounding iron.
Why I Love It:
The health aspect became very appealing to me, along with the admiration of others who would complement me on my physique. Along with the kids who would stare at me in awe, it developed me as a role model to inner city youth.
How I Stay Motivated:
Life is a distinct motivator, along with the refinement of the human body. Spiritual,mental and physical strength keeps me extremely motivated, and excited to accomplish my goals.
BB Accomplishments:
Lets just start with my most recent shows, 1st Place SuperHeavyWT,2004 Northwest Emerald Cup....4th Place SuperHeavyWT, 2007 Northwest Emerald Cup....1st Place SuperHeavyWT, NPC Callaway Northwest Classic.
The most challenging time to prepare for a contest is during these holidays. Cakes, cookies, pies and the drinks. If you love food like me then you most used word during this time is, no thank you.
And of course your friends say"you on that diet thing again?" My mom makes...

You started your diet already...Is that 16 weeks out? I think my next show will be in April also. I will probably start to diet in Jan. Last contset I started about 12 weeks out, but I think I dieted down too much. I am going to have to tweek it a bit this time around. How much do you have to lose to get to your contest weight?
Thanks Kev, I am drinking a ton of water. I am also doing cardio in the a.m. and lifting at night. I am trying to get to the point where I hit everybody part twice a week. My goal is to get up to 215lbs. with 8% bodyfat. I appreciate it all bro.
Hi there! Yes went to the states 3 years ago, Indiana and a few other places, real nice. Yeh I love Sydney. Man it gets cold over there! I hate winter. Yes have some goals for the new year, lose some more weight! ha ha. What about you? Hell there's no room for improvement you look great already :)
Yeah, the snow was fun to watch but it caused for an interesting evening. I know what you mean about the cold weather. All I can think about is a nice pot of stew. It wouldn't be too bad, but bad enough. I may do some turkey chili though.
