Why I Love It:
I love the way it makes me feel when i get a great workout at the gym.. my whole day is better.. I love achieving my goals in the weightroom and see how my body reacts..
How I Stay Motivated:
I try and set goals for myself and workout with a parter as much as i can.
BB Accomplishments:
I have been down to 6 percent body fat before at 205 pounds. Best squat is over 600. bench is about 420. deadlift 550
