Looked at a picture of myself, and I was FAT! I decided it was time to work out.

Competed in the 2007 Mr. natural in Wisconsin and took 6th out of ten. Not to bad for my first contest.

I need to gain 10 pounds of muscle for my next contest in 2008 I came in shredded this year but I was down more than 10 pound to everybody else in my class. The weight limit is 156 and I came in at 140.
