Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Torn Pec muscle, it took me about 3 months to recover and even be able to move.
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not stretching and warming up properly.
Do you sometimes use joint health supplements?

Well, I have not really done this before so I quess I had better start somewhere. Today was Legs day and Squats went pretty good. Still having a hard time not squatting really heavy, like I did when I was still competing, but trying to maintain the endurance for running and get size back...
