Good to hear from you Kevin. I hired Vaughn Parker as my trainer. I train with him 3x a week at 6am. Finals are in a few weeks. I am looking forward to the winter break. I am leaning up. Looking to drop 20lbs and go to 7% body fat.
Actually, I stuck to baked tilapia, fresh greens and sweet potatoes. For snack I had almonds and fresh berries. I am leaning up so I did not chow down. How was your Thanksgiving? What is your major? How often are you hitting the gym?
sup bro. just lift as heavy as you can and go for 8-10 since ur just starting i would start with 3 sets 4 exersises per muscle group. eat ur protein and carbs. eat as much as u can. go as light as u need to without sacrificing form. good luck mane
