I am currently working in Iraq, and needless to say on my down time there is not a whole lot to do around here. I was out of shape so I decided it was well past time to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I feel better, I sleep better, and it helps pass the time here.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel like crap if I skip a day. I know your supposed to take a day off, but I have been having trouble even doing that. I feel like i am slowing my progress if I do.
I want to be able to bench press a pickup truck. And be able to do my own laundry. On my abs yo!!
Goal (Long):
I lost about 30 pounds now the right way. Now I just need to drop a little more and start building as much mass as I can. I am stoked to say the least.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 20 lb
