i started working out because i wanted to bulk up for rugby. But in 2009 i am going to start doing bodybuilding. I love setting personal chalenges for my self and pushing me to my limits.
Why I Love It:
i love to see my body changing and getting muscular. I also love the pump that u get when u r working out.
How I Stay Motivated:
i keep my self motivated by watching pics and videos of lane norton and other pro bodybuilders like Arnold (what a legend) and keep telling my self that i will also become a pro bodybuilder in my early twentys
my goal is to gain 40 pounds of muscle and decrese my bodyfat with 7 % over the next 5 years.
Goal (Long):
if i reach my goal i will feel right to start competing in bodybuilding. When i am 240 pounds i want my arms 2 be 20in my legs 31in, calfs 21 in and fore arms 16 in. its gonna be hard 2 make that improvements but i know i can do it.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 40 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%

Thanks for accepting! Great progress and results of your training just for having 18! Specially chest, biceps, quadriceps and ABS! What envy! Keep training as before and I hope you will be able to reach all your goals! How is going your training?
You look great kid! You are only 18 and you weigh as much as I did in 2006! I doubt that it will take you 5yrs to get to 240. You look pretty thick already. Looking forward to more shots of you.
