i am starting my bodybuilding program as of a month ago if anybody has any helpful hints for a guy starting over from ground zero agian i am all ears

Review: i put 75lbs to my bench in an 8 week cycle! and 50lbs to all the rest. plus 15lbs of muscle mass.
