Reduce fat primarily in my mid section. Increase muscle mass all over.
Goal (Long):
Watching WWF (currently WWE) as a teenager, I had great admiration for professional wrestlers and the massive size of their muscles. Yet I never followed that path no matter how many times I told myself that I could do it. I always seemed to put things off until tomorrow when it came to my body. Being that I am much older and wiser, I would like to see myself with huge biceps, a thick neck, and a chest to be proud of. I can see myself finishing my goal in 6-12 months with hard work and dedication.
I quit smoking on Thursday evening. Threw everything out. I promised myself that I would do this for about 6 months so I could afford to order things on bodybuilders.com and would not place an order unless I kept this promise. After 2 weeks on Chantix, I quit. I am on day two without any form...
You can do it man. I hate going to the gym after work too but I do it. I actually go as soon as I get off work because if I go home I don't want to leave. Good luck with your goals.
Hey there dude,what is it gonna hurt to leave a pic? it may help you get motivated, I would like to lose 60 lbs, I understand all of your frusterations.I go to the gym during my lunch hour because I dont have any other time I can go I do not like looking at myself either naked in the mirror. I do know that if I was to follow ANY diet religiously and not falter at all that I would see better results than I do.
