How I Started:
I've been working out (on and off) since the end of last year, but life, work, and grad school creeps in and interferes with my fitness goals every now and then preventing consistency; today I'm rededicating myself to a clean diet, cardio, and weightlifting on a consistent basis.

Well, this is week 5 and I have lost 11 lbs. I'm hoping to pull some big numbers in the next two weeks. Focus on having a clean diet, great workouts along with intense cardio at least 4 days a week. So stay tune...hoping I can post some big numbers for you all..Have a great workout/clean...
