Thanks for your comments ... I  know I must sound CRAZY but that picture was taken 2 yrs ago and some things have changed... So I will post new pictures soon to show what improvements I need! Thanks for the comments ... I love BODY SPACE its a great support system :)

Thanks for the add & the comments. Congrats on your progress so far-you've got great legs! I only take whey protein once a day after lifting. I like Dymatize elite whey & Optimum Nutrition. Good luck achieving all of your goals.

If you are doing that, once a week is fine. You could sneak in another day and do higher reps and lighter weights.

You will take sexy to a whole new level with a little more muscle. As far as the leg workout, it depends. How often do you want to work on your legs? One body part a day or do you workout multiple muscle groups?
