I want to reduce my bodyfat and keep or gain additional muscle.
Goal (Long):
I am a 'pear' and although this was the body shape that God gave me, I am aiming to transform my body into a lean and muscled 'pear.' Not only do I want to look great, but also, I would like to achieve a level of physical fitness that surpasses that of when I was an active duty Marine.

You CAN do it... Just don't give up and keep on working hard. Progress WILL come. Consistant Diet & Cardio will get rid of the fat, and weights will add muscle to speed up the metabolism.
