Wow...what great 12 weeks. I can't believe how much better I feel and look even though I lost only around 16lbs. I'm more excited about my mental change because that was the hardest part to overcome. Pushing myself through a workout or saying no to temptations during meals was emotionally exhausting. Most of all, I'm happy with what I see in the mirror....I feel externally what is internal. Training was different than the usual back or leg day. I did 4days of full body circuits with around 4days... Go to BodyBlog
