This was taken the first week I started my routine. I was 143 pounds. I decided that I need to lose some weight and gain some muscles. As you can see, I wasn't extremly thrilled to take the pic.

This was taken a couple days shy of my 6 week mark. I'm now 133 lbs. Which makes me 10 lbs lighter, not to mention i can see an improvement in muscle definition.
