to live a healthy life style. relieves stress. and the challenge to push your self past your limits. it's a way of life. noone can stop you from obtaining your goals if you work hard in the gym.

im a very self motivated and dedicated person. when i make a goal, i accomplish it.

mon- chest flat bench, incline, and decline. 5 set. 5 to eight reps

tues- back, and shoulders, 4 sets of each. 10 to 12 reps

weds- arms and triceps. 4 sets each. 8 to 10 reps.


thurs- legs- 7 sets. 10 to 15 reps.

abs everyday. 5 sets of 20.

off- fri and sat.

had to give props out for 9-11. we don't appreciate all our guys enough, but on those special days we have to take time to remember. training's going well-slow, but steady progress. i'm bustin ass to get abs like you brother. keep pushing for it.
