ya um wat i did was bulk up without 4 a yr then do cardio and no weight lifting just push up and sit-ups along with the shawn t insanity workout dvd. ill sell u copy if u want way cheaper than wat the info channels want u 2 pay

YEa ITS muscle but as far as dieting u wanna stay low carb 40 and high protein set ur own limit on how much you eat no fast food try and stay away from breads and sweats unless its natural sugars get in a good 1 hr of cardio a day to brake that stored up fat thats blocking that muscle do this for 4 weeks and let me kno if u see diffence because some times ppl need different dieting programs from other ppl

yes ma'am who are u telling sometimes i get bloated for no reason lol i cant even drink water sometimes with out getting bloated but it goes away and i look nice then it starts again but i guess its just wat i have to go thru to get where i wanna go

yea i think most changes happen when you start to rest or take off because sometimes ill take 2days off and look 80 percent different from wat i did when i was working out lol the body has some weird ways but i love it
