Lol you are the male version of me lol. I love how I look when I'm not, and I'm showing seperation but that only lasts like 2 days out of the week. I swear my last week of contest prep I'll have to live off egg whites, raw spinach, and water cause that is all that won't bloat me lol.
Lol totally!!! Like one week I ate crap 7 days. I was so stressed. I still trained hard, probably too hard. But I lost 8 lbs in like 5 days! I was like wtf/ Or some days I am so bloated you can't see one ab and then overnight my abs are back. Yeah the body is crazy huh?
ME TOO!!! I got huge, most of my weight even now is muscle. For a bit I was looking like I should do female bb. I had to reduce my heavy lifting and throw in some sprints and cardio to lean out some of the bulk and elongate my muscles. But cutting arrgh! My upper body responded pronto but the lower not so much. Everyone says hold on you will see rapid changes the last 4 weeks, I dunno.
I hear ya' I have to change it up like every 2 weeks too. I'm an ecto mesomorph and my body adapts super fast. This week my calories have been dropped dramatically. Not even at 1000, mostly protein. Unconventional tool for fat loss but much better than doing an artificial substance. The key is to lift heavy and get the protein in to reduce muscle loss. For me it works my body is used to fueling on low cals.
6 days, sometimes 5 days but usually 6. My everyday life is a workout lol. If I fatigue then it would be a 5 day week. I try to burn out with each workout cause I see fast results doing that at this point. you?
I don't inspire you? Do you really think I need to diet more than I am already? Keeping muscle size is my only concern with aging. The body fat issue is a non issue with me. I don't compete nor care to. Life is great enough! ;)
dear, when you have survived the things I have, you will fear no man (or woman). I won't have to visualize anyone else, I'll just seek to destroy *smile*
not until after figure and I am going to start training in end of July. If I feel confident in less time of course it's on, but I really want to be strong, quick, and disciplined before going in.
Funny my friend who just killed it on stage just told me the exact same thing. Thanks for the kind words. I dig yoru advice. I am learning today it's your friends that are your enemies. But as my girl said that is when you know how right you are doing it-when the haters start hatin'
