Background

When I Started: Aug 2007
HOW I STARTED:

After a stay in the hospital due to drinking too much, I realized I needed to make some major changes. The minute I was released, I joined the gym and started pumping iron...

WHY I LOVE IT:

Right now lifting kick boxing and just living a healthy lifestyle is what i do and i am loving it WOO HOO

I stay motivated through the voices in my head telling me to lift iron. I am never satisfied with myself, not in a bad way, but in a motivating way. I believe there is always work to be done, room for improvement and always something more to strive for and achieve.

adutchgirl 116* WOW you have me beat, I will stop complaining now when it is 97* lol! I was planning on the beach tomorrow looked inmy phone and it says rain for the week?? That was not part of my plan so time to make new ones. Aside from work and gym and a bunch of kids I actually dont do to much. The gym is my fun time.
