How I Started:
for most of my life i was a heavy drinker and used alot of drugs. till one day i found myself in the hospital having blood pumped out of my stomach cause i was bleeding internally from my alcohol abuse. i spent three days in the hospital.when i got out i decided to join the gym and turn my life around. i have been a different person ever since then.
Why I Love It:
there are so many reasons why i love the gym and working out.i dont know where to start.back in the day i used to hit the bar after work . now i hit the gym. it is such a positive place every body is there to better themselves mentaly and physically.i had no idea how working out could be such a natural high. but there is so much more than lifting iron. we all know that what you do outside the gym is just as important as what you do inside the gym.its a lifestyle.but it can only be done by hard work discipline and consistency. i wish i would have started working out when i was younger but i will make the most of the rest of my days on earth.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by setting goals and reaching them. when i see results i get even more motivated.i would be lieing if i didnt say when i see hot girls at the gym i get motivated.and last but not least bodyspace keeps my wheels turning.

Hey, sorry it took so long to respond. Life is crazy right now. My contest is July 19th. Luckily I don't start my diet for a few weeks, so I have a bit of time to get work and everything else in order before hand. I hope to do a few more shows after that, still have to get that figured out. Hope your doing well! and keep up the hard work! :)
